OAS Special Representative Meets with Honduran, Nicaraguan Foreign Ministers

Ambassador Luigi Einaudi, who was appointed as a Special Representative of the Organization of American States (OAS) to help reduce tensions between Honduras and Nicaragua, today concluded a two-day meeting in Miami, Florida, with the two countries’ foreign ministers.

Foreign Minister Roberto Flores of Honduras, Foreign Minister Eduardo Montealegre of Nicaragua and Ambassador Einaudi issued the attached communiqu�. They will continue their talks on January 12-13 at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C.
