OAS Special Representative Meets with Honduran, Nicaraguan Foreign Ministers

Ambassador Luigi Einaudi, who was appointed as a Special Representative of the Organization of American States (OAS) to help reduce tensions between Honduras and Nicaragua, today concluded a two-day meeting in Miami, Florida, with the two countries’ foreign ministers.

Foreign Minister Roberto Flores of Honduras, Foreign Minister Eduardo Montealegre of Nicaragua and Ambassador Einaudi issued the attached communiqué. They will continue their talks on January 12-13 at OAS headquarters in Washington, D.C.
